Description:

A Full-time Instructor position is available at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in the Department of Periodontics. We are seeking a candidate who excels in teaching to enhance the department's reputation on a national and international scale. The ideal candidate should have specialized training in Periodontics, with a preference for individuals holding diplomate status from the American Board of Periodontology.

This is a one-year contract position starting from July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year, with the possibility of renewal upon review at the end of the academic year.

Qualifications:

Applicants must be eligible for a Pennsylvania state dental license or a Restricted Pennsylvania state dental license. Preference will be given to those who are diplomates of the American Board of Periodontology. The Instructor will report to the Department Chair of Periodontics and will be responsible for both predoctoral and postdoctoral clinical and didactic teaching.
