Risk Engineering Senior Property and Casualty Consultant
US Based Remote - Southeast
If you are experienced in multi-line insurance loss prevention and seeking advanced opportunities to consult with moderate risk clients and work closely with "high flying" underwriting and claims teams for risk mitigation impact – this job is for you Contribution to Team results and synergy are key business objectives at C & F.

A Southeast Senior Risk Engineering Property/Casualty Consultants with property and casualty skills is being sought to provide Middle Market/Risk Management on site prospective and newly bound account surveys, as well as service to existing clients.
This unique opportunity emphasizes diplomatic communication and collaboration with the internal underwriting and claims team for the achievement of profitability and loss containment goals.
C & F Risk Engineering develops and implements client service plans and supports client OSHA compliance with focused risk improvement recommendations so consultative skills are critically important.
These positions present a great opportunity to shape and market the C & F footprint and service portfolio. Our SE underwriters are the best in the business and an incredibly positive team.A company car accompanies the position.
Fieldwork radius ranges from daily drivable distances with three overnight trips (auto or flight) monthly to large accounts and prospect locations.
C & F UW is in a formative growth phase so additional travel requests may arise. The report platform in use is LC 360.Minimum requirements include:
10 plus years of experience
College degree in a related discipline
Certification preferred, but not required
Familiarity with usage and applications of NFPA 13 and 30
Liability, products liability, auto liability, and workers' compensation experience with emphasis on property
Loss analysis skills
Presentation skills
Ideal candidates will live in Southeast US with abilty to travel regionally as needed

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions.
The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $95,900 to a maximum of $159,900.
The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee's contribution (performance) in that role.
To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.Flexible work arrangements.
