CHRISTUS provides a six-month developmentaland on-boarding residency program to help newly licensedregistered nurses obtain the skills and confidence necessary forproviding high quality patient care through evidence-based trainingand critical thinking alongside our recognizedprofessionals.
Each new graduate who joins theCHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances team will be enrolled in acomprehensive orientation and assigned to a preceptor. Yourpersonal preceptor will be in your home unit and will support youthrough the program, show you the ropes and guide you through astructured curriculum of progressive skill development and patientcare assignments. Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited RNSchool of Nursing
- Current Texas RN license(Obtained after graduation)
- BLS certifiedthrough the American HeartAssociation

- Abilityto accept scheduling/placement designations determined prior tohire.
