Essential Functions

  1. Team communications and other assistance with inquires to support team members.
  2. Field team member inquires providing clear communication and active listening skills.
  3. Coordinate, track and set up team events, such as Health & Wellness, Volunteering, etc., getting involved and assertively driving participation.
  4. Maintain personnel files with filing in a timely and confidential manner, pull PTO balances upon request by team member.
  5. Basic understanding of business unit details (i.e. product lines, departments, leadership organizational charts, etc.);
  6. Responsible for entry level recruitment, screening of applicants, new hire orientation and team member onboarding process;
  7. Adhering to and demonstrating the company Core Values.
  8. Responsible for weekly reporting, such as team member points, overtime, hours reports, etc.

Working Conditions:

  1. Primarily working indoors, office environment.

SupervisoryResponsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is minimally active and requires sitting, standing, and walking. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Must be able to physically lift and maneuver weights in excess of 25 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time position, and the expected work hours are 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday (work days flexible based on school schedule).

Travel

Occasional local travel may be expected for this position.

Required Education

  1. High School Diploma or GED

Perferred Experience

  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in office management, customer service, or entry level HR experience.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a role requiring strong computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
