ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal is seeking an experienced Project Manager who has managed Operations and Maintenance Task orders for facilities like those at the Goddard Space Flight Center.

This is an onsite position in NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD.

Key Role:

  • Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of one or several Task Orders for Facility Operations and Maintenance in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Monitor progress of the work, in person, on a day-to-day basis.
  • Manage one or more projects or programs, may manage an operating office, and supervises professional and technical personnel performing in their customary disciplines.
  • Maintain aggressive efforts to achieve objectives and act as a technical liaison with vendors
  • Assist in task proposal process and coordinates with the Program Management Office.
  • Manage for all phases of the program budget.
  • Coordinate requirements with Quality Manager for all products and services.
  • Prepare Staffing Plans, including skill and labor mix, to support task order operations.
  • Assign staff and provide technical direction as necessary to complete task.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction to enable follow-on business associated with areas of responsibility and support new business development by participating in proposals.

Requirements :

  • 8-10 years of related work experience
  • 2 + years of hands on project management experience and planning.
  • BS Degree in related field. One year of experience may be substituted in-lieu of each year of education.
