We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join the team The individual in this role be responsible for a highly successful sales team. This role is responsible for customer facing digital experience and online sales success. Must delight in helping guest

Responsibilities:

  • Keep Leaders Holding CO digital experience in synch with its physical presence and brand.
  • Consult, coordinate and work with the marketing team to develop new ideas and implement updated content.
  • Analyze and improve digital presentation that improves the online shopping experience.
  • Develop, monitor, and set KPI goals related to closing ratios, written, and fulfilled sales.
  • Develop an online environment that presents our high choice options to the customers clearly.
  • Develop content to educate guests on our strength and quality for exposure. (How to videos, what to expect, unboxing, social media, heads up selling, color pallets/stories)
  • Monitor staffing levels to offer the broadest effective time range for real-person interaction with guests.
  • Partner with Retail Sales Leadership Team to effectively use existing team resources.
  • Train and coach team members to use CRM tools to deliver the best possible experience.
  • Deliver meaningful communications to customers Helpful, Thankful and Meaningful
General Role Expectations:
  • Make meaningful contributions to formulation of company policy and strategy to the common goals of best serving our customers with quality products. Maximizing our good reputation in the customer's eyes and the industry while maximizing efficiency and profits.
  • Be available to attend and actively participate as needed in any activity that may benefit from your involvement within the company.

  • Be always open for input and interaction with all Leaders' employees to support their needs and to maximize their morale.
  • Be willing and able to fill in temporarily for other team members in their absence whenever the need arises.
Qualifications:
  • Education or work experience in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing and digital strategies.
  • Project management skills handling many skus and product configurations.
  • Experience with social media management.
  • Must be curious to learn, ask questions and seek answers.
  • Strong Sales Management specifically e-commerce / omni-channel /Partnership Programs
  • Experience with Adobe Suite of applications.
  • Experience in animation and video editing is a huge plus.
  • Quality time management skills are highly important.
