Job Description:

As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you will set up embroidery machines, select the thread and program designs. The operator will operate a 4 and/or 8 head Tajima embroidery machine.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up machines to start a production cycle
  • Monitor machine operation to ensure proper stitching and quality of finished products
  • Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machine to keep them in good working condition
  • Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Maintain accurate production records

Required Skills and qualifications:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be able to stand, bend, reach, and walk for duration of the shift
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision
  • Associate is often required to use his or her hands and fingers, to handle or feel. Must have good hand-eye coordination
  • Must be able to work the scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to use own initiative and work well without close supervision
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $10.00

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pm (possible shift change at 6 months 2:30pm-11pm)
  • 30 minute Lunch Break
