We are looking for an IT recruiter/Junior associate for our company. This is for our onsite Buckhead HQ location.

Buckhead Tower, Atlanta, GA 30326
Looking for young and dynamic college graduates who passed out recently, with 2-3 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities:
Get involved in the complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to onboarding.
Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source Candidates.
Upload resumes to the ATS, conduct phone screening, and coordinate with Account managers.
Qualifications

skills:
Computer Savvy, MS Suite, GSuite, etc.
Good English Speaking and Writing Skills
Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills
Willingness to learn new technologies, new processes
Strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent related work.
