General Summary: The Junior Client Success Manager represents the company by managing the existing client base through client coordination and support, including client communications. The primary focus of the Junior Client Success Manager is to assist in the maintenance and growth the of existing client base by seeking out project/solution opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to understand general business functions to solve business efficiency via technology solutions.
  • Work with management to develop proposals and quotes.
  • Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations.
  • Perform client "execution calls" and communication status, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and participate in client business reviews along with the Technical Account Manager
  • Develop an understanding of Managed IT services proposals, contracts, lease agreements, and service level agreements.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the service and product offerings of the company.
  • Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities in the company's sales and client management software.
  • Maintain timely and accurate time records in CommTech's accounting and services management systems.
  • Work with the accounting department to ensure the accuracy of all billing procedures and contracts.
  • Understand and strive to exceed sales goals, objectives, and quotas.
  • Work collaboratively with the Services Delivery Teams to ensure the delivery of quality services and solutions as well as exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by your direct supervisor and CommTech management.
Required Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
  • Proficient with general office applications.
  • Ability to become proficient and develop in-depth knowledge of CommTech's core business applications, specifically ConnectWise.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Enjoy working with customers and external audiences.
  • Skill in preparing written communications and materials.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
