We are currently seeking a Lead Teacher for our Children's House classroom catering to ages 3-6, as we embark on establishing a new Montessori school in White Bear Lake, Minnesota.

As a Lead Guide (Teacher), you will play a crucial role in supporting a diverse group of preschoolers within a Montessori environment. Your responsibilities include:

  • Observing and meeting the individual needs of each child
  • Creating an environment that promotes focus, self-reliance, and deep learning
  • Fostering independence and self-assurance in children
  • Delivering personalized lessons in various developmental areas
  • Building strong connections with children and fostering a culture of respect
  • Collaborating with parents to ensure holistic support for each child

Qualifications:

  • Interest in pursuing Montessori training through our Prepared Montessorian Institute or holding an existing Montessori diploma for the 3-6 age group
  • Minimum of one year working with 3-6-year-olds in a group setting such as daycare or preschool
  • Familiarity with child-centric philosophies like Montessori
  • CDA certification (preferred)
