Job Description

We're searching for a candidate with expertise in Web Application Development to join our rapidly expanding Implementation team as a Support Analyst. As a key member of the team, you will craft robust solutions for top-tier clients using the Onit platform. Your responsibilities will involve spearheading all technical aspects of implementations, such as gathering requirements, developing workflows, creating user interfaces, security configurations, generating reports, providing training/demonstrations, handling support queries, and more.



We are seeking someone with the following qualifications:
  • You possess extensive experience leading or significantly contributing to the technical aspects of intricate software implementations
  • You are adept at working directly with intelligent and demanding clients
  • You have coding abilities in some capacity and have developed basic to moderately advanced programs to solve real-world issues. While the Onit platform is largely a 'no-code' solution, a fundamental understanding of programming concepts will be beneficial for your success
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring minimal supervision and directives. You comprehend the demands of working in a startup culture
  • You take ownership of projects from inception to execution
  • You have gathered and documented complex technical requirements from clients or internal stakeholders, showcasing your versatility in handling multiple responsibilities
  • Your colleagues in past organizations have actively sought your involvement in their projects
Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in defining their objectives and guide them towards successful and timely project completion
  • Offer technical and functional guidance to clients throughout the implementation phase
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and peers
  • Engage clients in informed discussions regarding their business and technical needs rather than basic features and functions
  • Demonstrate a solid technical understanding of Onit products, showcasing how the platform can be configured to align with a client's business requirements
  • Develop or enhance implementation templates to support requirements gathering, design, and training
  • Adhere to the implementation methodology for all clients, customizing it to suit each project's distinct business requirements
  • Share relevant past experiences and best practices with clients and colleagues
  • Offer support to colleagues as necessary
  • Operate effectively both independently and within a team, whether on-site with clients or remotely
  • Conduct platform demonstrations and provide various training sessions when necessary
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Java, C#, Python, or Ruby at a basic to intermediate level
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in systems applications consulting, either within an IT department internally or externally with a consulting firm or software vendor
  • Preferred expertise in legal operations processes and relevant technologies, though not mandatory
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) is a bonus, along with any exposure to financial accounting, customer management, and automation software
  • Prior consulting experience with software applications is a strong indicator of success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated consistent career growth in previous roles
