Cleaning Staff Position at CLIU #21

The Cleaning Staff at CLIU #21 office locations in Schnecksville, PA will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. They will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in cleaning buildings
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Ability to follow instructions and schedules
  • Good judgment and teamwork skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and operate cleaning equipment
  • Independent mobility within work locations
  • Manual dexterity for effective task completion

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning various office areas
  • Disposal of trash and recycling
  • Assistance with building security

Additional Duties:

  • Preparing coffee for groups
  • Supporting evening facility visitors
