UX/UI Manager Opportunity
Our company's UX team plays a crucial role in shaping product strategies, collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to craft experiences that empower our customers with confidence and self-expression. As a UX/UI Manager, you will oversee the overall quality of experiences for a range of products and workflows. Leading a diverse team of UX, IxD, and UI designers, you will be dedicated to enhancing the UI, visual, and interaction design aspects. Collaboration with UX researchers, UX designers, product managers, and engineering teams will be key as you work on ideation, development, and launching initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a UX/UI team in delivering exceptional user experiences
- Execute visual design projects to create engaging digital experiences
- Evolve design systems to maintain a consistent digital product presence
- Create user interfaces and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of UX/UI experience
- Experience managing product designers in a multidisciplinary UX environment
- Proven track record in recruiting and nurturing diverse design teams
- Thorough understanding of end-to-end product design processes
- Strong empathy for the user experience and excellent communication skills
- Experience in developing high-quality design deliverables
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders
