Job Title: MRI Technician at Mercy Medical Center Redding

Mercy Medical Center Redding has been a cornerstone of quality healthcare in the North State for over 70 years, offering a wide range of medical services and acute care facilities.

With a 267-bed hospital that includes a Level II Trauma Center, the facility specializes in various medical services such as Cardiovascular Care, Neurological Surgery, Comprehensive Cancer Care, and Maternity Care, among others. Additionally, it houses the only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Shasta County.

Responsibilities:

• Performing MRI scans safely and efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with hospital and safety regulations during procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an American Medical Association-approved school of radiologic technology
• Current California RT license
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of experience in an acute care setting
• Advanced MR certification

Pay Range:

$78.90 /hour
