Description:Will be managing and overseeing onsite construction for commercial ground up projects for a General Contractor. Will be responsible for managing production of field crews, working and giving direction to crews, communicating with customer and Client leadership. Responsible for the self-performed work including: Excavation, cast in place concrete, rough and finish carpentry. Responsible for managing subcontractors, scheduling of project manpower, equipment and materials. Will be on 1 project from start to project closeout or multiple smaller jobs.

Working Superintendent needs experienced in their self performed work (concrete & carpentry) as they will assist field crews with punch list items or work side by side when needed in the field.

Concrete pours, framing, hang doors, hardware, finish touches of a project.
Average projects they support - experience running jobs from small to large is ideal.
Small - $500KMedium - $2-4MLarge - $12MLocal work radius is 60 miles from Clinton, WI. Do have some out of town work with specialty clients.

7:00am - 3:30pm

Additional Skills & Qualifications:5+ years as a Superintendent for Commercial constructionExperience Estimating commercial projects utilizing Excel and ability to perform take offs down to the individual item (mostly carpentry work). They need to be able to take a construction plan and do a take off in Excel from there.
Need to be ok with wearing multiple hats and being involved in every phase of the project (safety, estimating, project management, paperwork, managing subs)


Field experience with concrete and carpentryTeam player, go getter, fits in well with a smaller GC, and very customer focused
