Responsibilities

- Facilitate internal functional issue resolution with various global teams.
- Provide weekly program status updates to leadership teams.
- Lead escalations when necessary.
- Drive cross-functional issue resolution across different areas.
- Oversee resolution of launch issues for on-time delivery.
- Update integration teams on issue resolutions during launch phases.
- Ensure alignment of engineering resources with budget requirements.
You'll have...
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 1- 3+ years' experience with Powertrain and/or driveline systems.
- Previous Launch Experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with Program Management.
- Solid understanding of Cost Setting Process and Functional Led Cost/Appearance Delivery Process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Organizational and delegation skills with efficient follow-up.
- Ability to manage multiple issues effectively.
- Effective relationship building with cross functional teams.
