About the Job:
- Empowering clients and members to maximize program benefits
- Providing skilled triage and care coordination
- Collaborating with internal and external teams
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to members, providers, and pharmacies
- Efficiently managing forms and data to facilitate patient assistance
- Resolving issues with empathy and adherence to compliance standards
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical healthcare industry
- Proficiency in a high-volume call center environment
- Pharmacy Technician certification
- Strong organizational skills and independent work capabilities
- Problem-solving abilities and creative thinking in immediate and unique situations
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Salesforce
- High school diploma or equivalent
