Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations for Elementary and Secondary grade levels.
- Develop personalized therapy plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student, focusing on communication skills development.
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and progress monitoring.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers on communication enhancement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Wisconsin teaching certification and familiarity with Medicaid billing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in remote therapy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation:
- 1099 Contractor Position
- Negotiable hourly rate ($38-48/hr)
