Job Title: Land Development Civil Engineer

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to create innovative land development designs.
  • Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop precise engineering drawings and plans.
  • Apply expertise in design, stormwater management, and erosion control for project sustainability.
  • Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies for optimization.
  • Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and construction documents.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • PE license preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in land development engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations.
