Position: Receptionist Payrate: $21-25/hr DOE Shift Type: 1st Shift Location: Westford, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative, analytical, and communications support to our various departments
  • Welcome visitors and manage their registration process
  • Maintain and update information in computer programs and provide report for business decisions
  • Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and plan events
  • Travel to on/off site locations for functions
  • Process reports and act as a liaison between visitors and clients
  • Onboard new employees
  • Perform other duties as directed

Requirements:

  • High school degree or GED
  • 3 years of administrative experience or 5 years in executive administration
  • Ability to communicate in English and use computer programs
