Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid – Some On-Site)
Duration: 6+ Months
Role Type : W2 Contract Engagement
Engagement Description – Develops, reviews and edits required Medicare Advantage employer-group member materials. Works with various business area stakeholders and other contract communications specialists on the Individual, Provider and Member Operational Communications Development Team. Position reports to the Member Operational Communications Supervisor and Communications and Training Development Manager.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –
Strong proofreading, editing, and document formatting skills Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Suite and Microsoft Word Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skillsRequired Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
Bachelor's degree Self-motivated, able to work independently and within established guidelines Experience in writing for health care or similar government regulated insurance entity and/or document editing where attention to detail is crucial Ability to focus and work in an office environment that is sometimes busy and not totally quiet or pivot to work remotely as neededPreferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
Familiarity working with Medicare and other supportive programs for the Senior population Array of different types of writing including articles, letters, manuals, brochures, etc.Education/Certifications – Include:
