Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
  • Assist with client checkins and checkouts
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
  • Handle payments and billing
  • Provide support to veterinary staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in animal care or veterinary settings is preferred
  • Knowledge of veterinary terminology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with animal handling, restraint, and care techniques
