Data Entry Clerk Position at San Patricio County Appraisal District

The San Patricio County Appraisal District is looking for a skilled individual to join their team as a Data Entry Clerk on a full-time basis.

Overview: Under the guidance of the CLERICAL supervisor, the Data Entry Clerk will undertake clerical and technical tasks involving correspondence, document management, phone inquiries, and customer service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining files
- Regular file scanning for accuracy
- Ensuring document security
- Record maintenance
- Assisting with special projects and additional tasks as required
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
