You will receive a competitive salary, flexible scheduling, and an employee discount. Dependent on hours worked, part-time staff may qualify for Burlington's benefits package, including medical benefits and a 401(k) plan. After one year of service, part-time employees may also be entitled to up to 4 hours of paid time off annually, up to 8 paid holidays, and paid sick leave as per relevant regulations.
