Program Management Lead - Collins Aerospace

Ready to showcase your skills in Program Management by overseeing complex programs for Engine OEM customers? We need a top-notch professional who can tackle tough problems, develop new products, and execute operational plans effectively.


In this position, you'll be supporting Collins Aerospace's Engine OEM customers with engine sensing solutions for major manufacturers in the industry. The ideal candidate will have aerospace experience in a technical leadership role, knowledge of industry processes, and product lifecycle management.


As the head of a project team, you'll be responsible for program profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth. If you're up for the challenge, this onsite role in Burnsville, MN could be the perfect fit for you.



What You Will Do:
  • Lead planning and coordination of functional departments
  • Communicate program status to customers
  • Manage program baselines and financials
  • Use technical expertise in engine sensing
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Ensure goals are met across the value stream
  • Manage supplier relationships and product obsolescence
  • Provide mentorship to junior employees

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, or equivalent

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Experience in Avionics programs
  • Software product development experience
  • MBA
