Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Verifies opening and closing inventory stand sheet and alerts management of inventory discrepancies.
Delegates and helps execute overall opening /closing procedures for assigned location.
Oversee operations of stand during events to ensure guests receive outstanding service.
Supervise, train and assists workers in preparation of all menu items for sale.
Process returns and voids in accordance with policies to ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle and resolve guests issues with their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Inputs counts using POS system / maintains POS payment processes.
Ensures proper transaction control procedures are being followed.
Ensures employees project a positive attitude and energy to customers at all times.
Supervises, delegates tasks and inspects cleanup of stand including all equipment, countertops and floors.
Ensures all closing procedures are followed correctly, and ending inventory counts are inputted into the system.
Complies with company polices, health and safety standards.
QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and ExperiencePrior experience as a Stand Attendant required or prior supervisor/ Management role.2 years supervisory experience preferred.
Skills and AbilitiesGood oral communication skills and the ability to read write and communicate effectively in English.
Excellent hospitality and customer service skills, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
Desire to work as a team and get the job done.
Mature judgment and professionalism in handling all mattersCertificates, Licenses, RegistrationsSERV Safe certification a plus can but can be provided.
Teams Certificate or other accredited alcohol service training.
