Job Description and Duties
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides general behavioral training, psychiatric nursing care, and on-site direct care to STAR residents. The LVN may actively participate as part of the Inter-Disciplinary Team (IDT) at monthly IPPs, restraint debriefings, and other meetings for the consumer.
