PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM TO LEARN AND EXECUTE:

  • PT Business Management
    • Build and maintain an active client base
    • Manage an accurate schedule, including client appointments and meetings
    • Market and sell personal training programs to members
    • Stay informed about club services, programs, and products
  • Service and Hospitality
    • Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts for members
    • Engage with members to enhance their club experience
    • Create personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients
    • Ensure a safe and organized fitness floor
  • Professional Development
    • Participate in Continuing Education classes
    • Attend required meetings with management

Qualifications:

  • Hold a current Personal Training certification or willing to obtain one
  • Possess CPR/AED certification
  • Demonstrate passion, ambition, and knowledge in fitness
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on weekdays and weekends
  • Basic computer and technology proficiency
  • Exhibit energy, friendliness, punctuality, and respect

Pay Transparency: $39.50-$70 per session, $16/hr (non-session work), with opportunities for additional bonuses.
