Intelligence Collection Manager with Security Clearance

SRG is seeking an experienced Intelligence Collection Manager to join our team of Cyber Operation Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of offensive cyberspace operations in support of aligned combatant command and designated sub-unified commands.

This includes a deep understanding and experience in the employment of available cyberspace capabilities as well as the creation of future cyberspace capabilities.

Tasking will include comprehensive cyber support for cyberspace operations planning and intelligence analysis at Joint Force Headquarters level.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The Intelligence Collection Manager will perform the following functions:

  • Support the intelligence collection process and inter-office communications between the United States Intelligence Community, organic collections teams and multiple supported military headquarters Intelligence centers at the TS/SCI level.
  • Contribute to the creation of intelligence collections strategy, develop intelligence indicators and submit collection requirements to theater and national intelligence activity and support the triage and dissemination of information to the appropriate consumer.
  • Advise the Intelligence Officer and Operations Officer and other groups in the planning, coordinating and submission of intelligence requirements across a variety of interests.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of planning experience or a combined total of a minimum of 12 years between education and relevant service.
Additional experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements:

  • Army/Joint Targeting, IPB, and COG analysis process as well as a general understanding of Joint Offensive and Defensive doctrine and procedures.
  • Knowledge in JOPP, MDMP, and MCPP planning and targeting processes and expertise in developing and accessing tactical and operational level Cyber plans and orders.
  • Intelligence Collection within All Source/Open Source/SIGINT Intelligence domain.
  • Experience with integrating, coordinating, and synchronizing adjacent and supporting operations, as well as developing support for related capabilities and their activities. 4. Ability to engage senior leaders and staff and conduct operational and informational briefings to a large audience.
  • Ability to work effectively within a task organized working group and expertise with planning, integrating, and coordinating with inter-agency and intelligence community entities.   • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Passport.
