Part TimeThe MDS Coordinator will coordinate, record, update and monitor all Minimum Data Set documentation for each Medicare patient as required by state regulations and other appropriate authorities.
Develops and coordinates appropriate nursing care plan from MDS/RUG categoryAnalyzes assessment data independently for complex patient problems and identifies early subtle changes that formulate RUG categories and affect patient care
Evaluates effectiveness of nursing care plans, and updates MDS/RAI process with completion guidelines
Provide care to patients including administration of treatments, medications, social and emotional support
Required Work Experience:
~ Position may require unscheduled overtime, week-end work
Must be willing and able to work flexible hours
