iWorld Professionals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Fractional CFO/Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the financial health of the business, providing strategic insights, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Fractional CFO/Accountant Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to the accounting functions in conjunction with the Controller, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Review the accuracy of financial statements for management and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Fractional CFO/Accountant Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
• Proven experience as a CFO, Controller, or Senior Accountant
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: This is a part-time position, with flexibility in working hours. The expected commitment is approximately 10-20 hours per week.
