Position Summary: This role involves supporting activities that align with the Great Start Readiness Program to ensure the readiness and development of young children. The Caregiver will collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students to create a nurturing environment that fosters success for all involved.
Qualifications- Meets LARA requirements for caregivers
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Interest in enhancing computer skills
- Creative with strong interpersonal abilities
- Shows potential in leadership
- Holds certifications in First Aid, CPR, AED, and Child Abuse Prevention & Safety
- Energetic and engaging with children in various educational settings
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with families and the community
Passion for working with children aged 3 to middle school years.
Responsibilities- Support small group instruction
- Maintain discipline and classroom organization
- Prepare instructional materials
- Assist lead teacher with administrative tasks
- Supervise students and maintain confidentiality
- Perform various school-related duties as needed
- Collaborate with the team to deliver quality instruction
