Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to customers.
  • Maintain bait tanks as necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Passionate about fishing and hunting, with knowledge of the products and the industry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a quick learner with the ability to adapt to new situations.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
