Now, we are looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team and help us excel in our digital marketing endeavors.

The Sr. Digital Marketing Strategist plays a crucial role in assisting Lennar Divisions in executing top-notch digital marketing programs. Your responsibility will be to collaborate with homebuilding divisions to develop and implement a Digital Marketing strategy focused on engaging high-quality leads. You will work closely with the divisions on planning, strategizing, budgeting, and overseeing execution, serving as a vital link between the Division and the digital team. You will be the trusted partner for the Divisions' digital marketing efforts, requiring proactive and strategic marketing skills, expert knowledge of Digital Marketing channels, excellent organization, and a deep understanding of Lennar's operations and the homebuilding industry.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create comprehensive digital marketing programs using channels such as SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, OTT, and email marketing to drive sales and boost market presence.
- Execution Oversight: Supervise the execution of marketing campaigns, collaborating with specialist teams to refine media placement/optimization, creative content, and channel strategies based on performance.
- Strategic Insights: Analyze customer interactions and market trends to identify opportunities for product and digital experience enhancements.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution. Regularly review strategies to optimize spending and performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Lead strategy sessions to align divisional goals with corporate marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in digital marketing, including client-facing roles. Hands-on campaign execution experience is a plus. Preferably, with an agency background.
- Skills: Profound knowledge of digital marketing channels like SEM, SEO, Paid Social media, OTT, and programmatic display. Strong expertise in optimization, measurement of direct-response advertising, marketing analytics, and campaign analysis.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to think strategically and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to senior management and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Adaptability: Highly organized, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, agile work environment.

Physical Requirements:
This primarily sedentary office role requires the Sr. Digital Marketing Strategist to be able to operate computer equipment, communicate effectively, and perform various physical tasks such as bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is essential.
