About the Position:
As a Fire Sprinkler Foreman, you would be responsible for overseeing the installation of Fire Sprinklers in coordination with Helpers and Fitters on various job sites.
- Responsible for completing installation of Fire Sprinklers accurately, on time, and within budget.
- Leading assigned jobs and supervising Helpers and Fitters on job sites.
- Developing a strong rapport with General Contractors to surpass expectations and ensure high-quality, timely installation.
- Attending monthly safety meetings at the local branch.
- Engaging in outdoor work during long hours across all seasons including summer.
- Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and climbing, with lifting up to 70 pounds.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Fire Sprinkler Foreman
- Experience in fire sprinklers installation, blueprint reading, system testing, etc.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to supervise installation processes and staff
- Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Adherence to safety protocols on job sites
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Successful completion of pre-employment screenings
