Weekend Shift Assembly Operator:West Union
HTI is currently hiring assembly operators for West Union, SC. Interested candidates should have prior manufacturing experience, and a stable work history, and will need to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities of Weekend Shift Assembly Operators:
  • Follow work instructions in order to manufacture quality products per Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Meet production requirements set by the customer.
  • Follow safety standards and policies.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Connect component lead wires to printed circuits or routes and connect wires appropriately.
  • Crimp, stake, screw, bolt, rivet, weld, solder, cement, press fit or perform similar operations to join or secure parts in place.

Requirements of Weekend Shift Assembly Operators
  • 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
  • Able to stand for long periods.
  • Stable work history.
