CentraCare is looking for a Cafe Server to join our team As a Cafe Server in our Nutrition department, you will be responsible for ensuring that each customer is served in a friendly and timely manner. This includes greeting each customer as they enter, processing customer orders through the register, and working with coworkers to provide an outstanding dining experience. Schedule
- Full-time position
- Day or Evening shifts | Multiple shift options
- 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- 2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
- Every other weekend and rotating holidays required
- $16.32 or more per hour, pay determined by experience
- Earn extra pay for working evening/weekend/holiday shifts
- Full time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more
- Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 years of institutional food service experience preferred.
- Customer Service/retail/waitressing/catering experience is preferred but not required.
- Good communication skills required.
- Mathematical skills required.
- Working knowledge of cash register.

Our roots go back to 1886 when St. Cloud Hospital was built to serve the health care needs of people living in Central Minnesota. In 1995, CentraCare was formed, which today includes eight hospitals in St. Cloud, Long Prairie, Melrose, Monticello, Paynesville, Redwood Falls, Sauk Centre and Willmar. We also have more than 30 clinics, 11 senior housing facilities and seven long-term care facilities throughout the area.
