Bring your expertise and leadership to ensure efficient resource management in patient care across various populations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and patients to coordinate care, plan transitions, and manage discharge requirements. Focus on enhancing clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and cost-effective care delivery. You'll play a vital role in promoting patient wellness through evidence-based practices and efficient healthcare utilization both during and after hospitalization.


  • Advocate for patients across different care settings
  • Utilize the nursing process for individualized patient care
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members and physicians
  • Provide a full range of nursing interventions throughout the care continuum
  • Adhere to nursing practice standards and code of ethics

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or in progress
  • Minimum three years of clinical nursing experience
  • Valid RN license in the state of practice
