Registered Nurse Position at Mercy Joplin Hospital

Mercy Joplin Hospital is currently looking for Per Diem/Flex Registered Nurses. If you are a nurse looking for flexibility and incentives, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

Incentives:

  • $40/hr Base Rate
  • Variable Shift Incentives
  • W-2 Employee
  • Minimum 1 shift in 90 days
  • 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts available
  • Work Where and When You Want

Overview:

Are you looking for a flexible Registered Nurse position with incentives? You have the option to choose between day or night shifts without any weekend, holiday, or shift requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Experience:
    • One year of recent bed-side RN experience for Med Surg.
    • For other specialties (ED, Critical Care, Women & Children's, Behavioral Health, etc.), two years of recent bed-side RN experience.
  • Required Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
  • Preferred Education: BSN
  • Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association
  • Licensure: Current compact RN license
