System One is currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative for a top client in the Tarentum, PA region.



Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a deep understanding of the product line to serve as a connection between customers, sales reps, and the company.
  • Assess customer accounts to pinpoint enhancement opportunities that enhance the customer experience. Offer product and service suggestions based on these evaluations.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the customer support department, guaranteeing service quality and performance targets are met.
  • Market products and services to current customers and secure sales.
  • Aid in order placement, returns, and refunds. Support the Outside Sales team.
  • Represent the company to clients and visitors with professional phone and in-person interactions. Engage customers to ensure their satisfaction, provide clarification, and work on issue resolutions.

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience, Skill, & Other Requirements:

  • At least two (2) years of advancing inside sales/customer service experience in a distribution environment.
  • Capable of working autonomously, good judgment and decision-making abilities, mechanical inclination, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, and previous exposure to a CRM system highly desirable.
