Job Description
Join NBCUniversal's Owned Television station, KXTX-TV, in Dallas/Fort Worth, as a skilled Producer to elevate our streaming content and newscasts. We're seeking a news enthusiast with a creative vision for crafting engaging live programs. The ideal candidate collaborates effectively, enjoys leading a team, and is eager to tackle new challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Produce daily newscasts and live special coverages.
- Effectively communicate your vision to a team of writers, anchors, and field crews.
- Contribute to our streaming and non-linear products consistently.
- Collaborate closely with directors, editors, and graphic artists to enhance production value.
- Generate story ideas and lead daily coverage decisions.
- Adapt quickly to changes and excel in breaking news coverage.
- This role involves overnights, including one-weekend overnight shift.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a daily newscast producer.
- Proven track record in live event production.
- Passionate about current news events.
Eligibility Requirements

- Location: Fort Worth, TX.
- Flexibility to work any shift.
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
