Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Position at Epworth Villa
- Competitive starting pay rate of $16.00+ per hour with a $1 shift differential for weekend hours
PRN shifts currently open for application
$500 sign-on bonus available for all new full-time CNA hires.

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Role Description:
The primary responsibility of a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) is to deliver personalized care and assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and responding to call lights. This role focuses on ensuring residents' comfort and safety while adhering to individual care plans and documenting activities in accordance with established protocols.
Responsibilities of a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA):
- Provide care in compliance with Epworth Villa and Oklahoma's Healthcare Standards
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report any changes to the charge nurse
- Execute resident care tasks as per the individualized care plan, including meal service, dining area maintenance, personal grooming, and mobility assistance
- Respond to residents' call lights ensuring their well-being
- Participate in ongoing training covering various caregiving topics
- Maintain essential certifications such as C.N.A., TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid
- Attend mandatory in-service education sessions
- Perform additional assigned duties as needed
Qualifications for a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Role:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Active Nurse Aide (C.N.A.) certification in the state
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications from the American Heart Association
