Front of the House (FOH)

Employee Description:

FOH employees will need to have a thorough understanding of the menu, ability to provide excellent customer service, and possess a positive attitude while interacting with guests and teammates.


Duties Include:

  • Value teamwork.
  • Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Welcoming Customers and answering their questions.
  • Comfortable handling the cash register and balancing the money.
  • Prior customer service and food experience is a plus but not required.
  • Are consistent and reliable.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Learn the use of operating system, TOAST.
  • Are willing to follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
  • Have or are willing to obtain a Food Handler's Permit.
  • Employment at ChickilA will require applicants to be on their feet for hours at a time as well as lift potentially heavy objects, when necessary, up to 50 pounds.
  • Are legally allowed to work in the United States of America.
