of the Position:
The Operations Analyst supports the operations in accordance with Company and customer
requirements. This position will be tasked with providing financial insight and guidance to
enhance performance and process efficiency. Youll be exposed to multiple operations of
different sizes, capital investments, and commercial structures, and youll regularly partner with
all of them to put them in the best position for success. Youll learn about the overall business
which will enhance your strategic orientation and better enable you to relate to short- and
long-term obstacles
Responsibilities:
- Work independently to manage deadlines and prioritize your workload in a manner that
- Provide operational support and will manage the month-end close process and provide
- Play an integral role in partnering with Business Development in the development of
- Ensure that each sites working capital position is in line with company goals
- Have regular interaction with business and financial leadership
- Regular interaction with customer to support their understanding of financial performance
- Develops strong working relationships with operations to foster trust and collaboration
- 30% travel to other locations
- Managing and measuring KPIs
when observed.
- Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary:
$70,000

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in business, economics, finance, or accounting, preferred
- Microsoft Excel Expert
- CPA, preferred
- 3-5+ years of work experience within the finance or accounting industry, required
- Logistics or Manufacturing industry experience, preferred
- Public accounting experience, preferred
