As a Life Enrichment Director at Trilogy, you will oversee and lead a variety of recreational programs for our residents, offering them unique experiences and a chance to embrace life to the fullest.

Here's what you'll be responsible for when you join our team:

  • Evaluate resident preferences and design engaging programs that promote well-being and enhance their quality of life
  • Lead and manage the Life Enrichment team with enthusiasm
  • Assist in recruitment and hiring processes
  • Develop and coordinate a vibrant volunteer program
  • Ensure all documentation meets industry standards and regulations

If you meet the following requirements, we would love to hear from you:

  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in social or recreational programs, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment
  • Bachelor's degree in therapeutic recreation or relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
