Rate: $ $17.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 508-unit apartment community wonderfully located in Austin's prestigious Northwest Hills and just minutes from the Domain Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. Requirements

  • Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member

Responsibilities

  • Walking the property grounds and common areas
  • Picking up trash and debris
  • Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
  • Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
