Purpose of the Role


The Construction and Property Maintenance Coordinator position aims to manage and coordinate construction and renovation projects for Parish facilities. Responsibilities include conducting detailed inspections, writing work specifications, and supervising maintenance and repair projects. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and overseeing the work of skilled employees.

Minimum Requirements


To qualify for this role, candidates need a minimum of two years of full-time paid experience in property management, warehouse supervision, or construction. Experience must include estimating costs, overseeing trades, and working on maintenance, repair, or renovation projects for commercial facilities. Additional education, experience, or certifications may lead to higher starting salaries.
