POSITIVE SUMMARY

The Consulting Strategy Director oversees client operations in specific verticals at Cardone Ventures, focusing on meeting client growth targets. This key role drives revenue growth and maximizes the value of the partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate blends strategic vision and business acumen to ensure sustainable growth and mutual value for the organization and clients. Success in this role requires knowledge of operations, finance, marketing, sales, and HR to advise on decisions affecting department efficiency and client success.

GOALS

  • Manage the current client portfolio to establish and achieve client goals effectively
  • Develop and execute a client strategy to expand the network, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain client retention rates, meet targets, and lead a team of experts in strategy deployment
  • Make strategic decisions in finance, marketing, sales, operations, and HR to ensure client growth
  • Monitor client performance metrics, analyze data for optimization opportunities
  • Administer the department's budget and align decisions with the business plan
  • Conduct leadership development conversations, coach team members, and provide feedback

SKILLS

  • Expertise in business advisory and planning for a large client portfolio
  • Proven success in driving business growth and expanding client relationships
  • Strong business and financial acumen for scaling client-facing departments
  • Knowledge of HR, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to provide strategic guidance
  • Experience in sales strategy and client ecosystem management for revenue growth
  • Analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of departmental operations to identify opportunities and solve problems

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years in business management consulting
  • 5+ years in growth and scaling strategy
  • Advanced knowledge in HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk or computer
