Job Summary:
  • Lead the payroll processing function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Review and approve payroll transactions, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax withholding to meet regulatory requirements
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex payroll issues
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll processes to identify and resolve errors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance issues and provide insights into payroll trends and costs
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management

Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll laws and regulations

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems and accounting software
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor and tax laws
  • Familiarity with Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)
