We are searching for a skilled Program Director to join our team and be in charge of the everyday operations of our martial arts academy.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, good organizational skills, the capacity to juggle multiple tasks, and a proven history of successful team collaboration.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily operations of the academy
- Offer program details to students and potential enrollees
- Supervise recruitment, training, and growth of staff members
- Monitor staff performance to ensure goal achievement
- Analyze data to guide operational decisions
- Generate reports on operational metrics
- Develop policies that align with company values
